Ningbo Mavala Machinery Co.,Ltd is a private enterprise,established in 1988,locate in Xiangshang port,with convenient transportation,it's former company named Ningbo Yinzhou Qianming Casting Co.,Ltd,Covering an area of 20,000m².With 160 staff,including 20 technical specialists,5 senior engineer,with a annual capacity of 12,000 ton steel castings.The mainly process is sodium silicate casting process and pre-coated sand casting process and forging process,produce carbon steel,alloy steel, stainless steel and cast iron castings&forgings.We have a full set of heat treatment equipment and machining equipment and the quality control is according to ISO 9001/ts16949-2009 and ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification standard.Mainly equipments are 2 four axle vertical machining center,milling machine,drilling machine,tapping machine,turning machine,full-automatic core shooter,hydraulic molding machine, 4 set of 0.5T intermediate frequency furnace,full set of heat treatment equipment and 4 set of sand blasting machine.Mainly inspection machine is magnetic defect detector,ultrasonic fault detector,impact testing machine,tension tester,Brinell hardenss tester,metallurgical analyzer,spectrum analyzer.

                      The mainly product including Engineering Machinery Parts,Train accessories,Agriculture Machinery Parts,Marine Accessories,Motorcycles & Vehicles Parts,Mining Machinery Parts,Valve Part.Products are sold in domestic and overseas.

                     Currently mainly customer including Komatsu(Supply excavator parts),Bradken(Supply train parts),Volvo(Supply truck parts),YTO(Supply agricuture machinery parts).
