                   Chemical analysis and mechanical properties inspections are carried out by non-destructive tests include liquid-penetrant test.
                    Dimensional inspection department is fully equipped with the most state-of-the-art measuring technology. Castings and patterns are measured by a Height Gauge on Surface Plate.
                     All manufacturing processes , quality and inspection activities are subject to all applicable standards and specifications.

Inspection equipment:
1.Direct-reading Spectrometer
Function:test the chemical composition of castings

Detailed specification:Its analysis range covers Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, etc. 20 channels can analyze 20 elements at one time. Using Metal Lab software operating in Windows environment, it's capable of not only saving the data, but also functioning as analyzer, quality control. Its curve chart is depicted based on international standard samples. Custom standard depiction are available for special alloys and compositions. The results can be translated into Italian, English, French, Spanish, German. All functions are regulated by Pc and communications are made through optical fiber control system and using USB 2.0 technology.

2.Tension tester
Function:Test mechanical properties of castings,including: tensile strength, yield strength,elongation rate, shrinkage rate

3.lmpact testing machine
Function:test the impact force of castings in different temperature

Detailed specification:JB-300 Pendulum impact testing machine is used to test the physical property of casting under active loading. It can realize two kinds of impact energy 300J and 150J. The section area of specimen is 10X10mm. Its principle is to calculate difference of the energy before and after pendulum impacting, the difference is energy which absorbed by specimen.

4. Low temperature Chamber For Impact Specimen

Function:lower temperature of impact test sample,temperature down to -60℃

5.Hardness tester
Function:test the Brinell Hardness of castings

6.Metallographic Microscope
Function:Analyze Metallographic structure of castings

Detailed specification:Its used foridentifying and analyzing all kinds of metal and alloy, and it can be widely used in factories or laboratories for reach the quality of casting checking and analyzing raw material as well as metallurgical structures after heat treatment specification.
